Men's March 23rd One Day ID Camp Check In Details

CHECK IN PROCEDURES 

We are looking forward to having you here on Sunday, March 23rd 2025  for the Wingate Men's ID Camp. Please carefully read the following information CAREFULLY.

Check in information

• Check in begins at 9:00am outside at the Soccer Field House.  Need directions?  Use 308 East Wilson Street, Wingate, NC for your GPS  
• Please make sure your account is paid in full by Saturday at noon. Go to www.wingatesoccer.com to access your account and pay any balance.  We will not accept checks at check in.  If you are now unable to attend, please refer to our REFUND policy. 
• Parking is available in front of the soccer field. (Between soccer field stadium and dorm)  Please DO NOT park or drop off at the soccer field house!
• Players should walk up towards the Soccer Field house side that faces the soccer field.  (Cut across the grass and thru the shrubs to walk up to fieldhouse)
• ONLY Players should proceed to the check in table located between Field House and Field. Please have your printed and signed medical waiver out and ready to turn in. 
• You must bring a signed medical waiver- these are not electronically collected.  You can download a copy by clicking HERE      
• Players should be dressed to play, along with any extra training gear needed.  As of today, weather appears to be in the low 70's- BUT plan accordingly and for all weather situations.  Should we have any rain - we do have contingency plans. 
• Bring soccer boots, shin guards, and a water bottle with your name on it. 
• The campus tour will be conducted in smaller group size, parents who wish to join on the campus tour are welcome.  Parents should be outside the Campus Dining Hall by 12:30pm to join.   
• Parents/families are welcome to watch from the stands- again, only players should be at check in table.  
• Lunch is provided for players only in our Campus Dining Facility.  
• We will not be able to have personal one on one talks on the day of camp.
